The Heart

Spunky has been making up songs. Most of them say something about being "true". Every thing ends with some form of truth.

A couple of weeks ago, Princess (who is a great little pianist) decided to help Spunky write down one of her songs. Spunky dictated it to her sister.

It was a little...um...different than what we were used to.

So please click on the picture to read the song. And please keep in mind that "thing" in this song refers to her heart.

And then laugh because when you don't remember that, it is a very naughty song indeed.

I love the innocence of kids.

And yes, they were NOT thrilled that DH wanted to take their picture.

HAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA! Okay, those lyrics are classic. Maybe they should write the lyrics for Snoop Dog:)

But seriously, how sweet is that! I love what kids come up with.

Why the long faces though? Usually kids are cheesers for the camera. Bed time?!

LOL! Kailee has been doing the same thing. I love that they try so hard. Even if the lyrics are a little funny to us parents.

I have often appreciated your mother's dirty little mind...and I love that you got it! That is too funny.

And those girls...I sometimes wish I could forget my "poker face" in certain situations and look at people who annoy me Just. Like. That.
