Fish

Even though I don't enjoy the blistering heat of summer, I do miss the sun and my girls being able to play outside. I was going through some photos tonight, and I came across these...and the realization that I birthed fish instead of daughters.

My fish need water...

the melted kind.

Swimming?!? I don't think I can quite remember what that is like. I'll have to clear the icicles from my brain first.

How fun! Those picture make me want to go to the beach....that and the 6 inches of snow we got last night!

Oh, I miss the summer. As soon as it is warm enough, I am having your "fish" over to swim with my "fish" because they are all missing it!

Ooh, and popsicles, and running through the sprinklers, and the smell of grass...oh, wait, grass makes me sneeze. But summer, oh yeah! I can't even describe how excited I am for warm days!!!

Look out it is totally raining here which means usually snow for you guys.

I am so so excited to get out of the house more!

Bummer! I can't see the pictures... seems I've been having problems with that lately (remember your Valentine post that I didn't see anything there and then later on I did?)
Anyway, I know swimming is right around the corner... it has been in the 70's consistently and we are ready for some swimming!

I've got four fish here, wondering if they'll ever swim again.

It almost hurts--this ache of desire I feel when I see pictures like that. Is it spring yet?

I love that your girls love to be outside. It makes me miss being little and just living every day with no responsibility!! Kids have the life!

Am I the only one who can't see the photos?

I would be excited for swimming this summer but I have heard it's going to be a repeat of last year's pool closures. My might have to buy a kiddie pool for our yard.

I am loving the tie-dye swimming suit! We didn't have a summer last year but maybe this year I'll spring for a little paddling pool for the little boy. Who knows, it's still freezing cold.
