A long time ago in a land not so far away, I tried to be a scrapbooker, and as a wonderful friend so eloquently put it, it didn't work out.
I adore my family. I am terrible about journaling, I stink at scrapbooking and all of those lovely and charming and not-so-much moments were slipping away.
I want my kids to know the love I feel for them and the times I cherish them. I want them to see themselves through my eyes.
This is my attempt at recording our musings and misadventures as they come.
I hope you enjoy our little corner of the internet.

Seriously, props to him for letting you take a picture. Now that is composure. I am very impressed. He must love that baby - and you - to let you take the time to grab your camera and snap the pictures. LOVELY, simply LOVELY! I am definitely not hungry any more.

It took my dad a few times before he learned his lesson with my sister. I can see that picture showing up in a slideshow at Squishy's graduation or wedding, lol.
